Did you know…

PHC4 has released a new resource intended to support informing interested Pennsylvanians on current topics that impact health care in the Commonwealth. This first topic aims to offer insight into non-compete agreements in health care and includes an extensive summary of the events on both state and federal levels. The recently enacted Fair Contracting for Health Care Practitioners Act, Act 74 of 2024 requires PHC4 to perform a study on the effects of the legislation. We look forward to continuing our analysis of this important topic to ensure the stakeholders in the Commonwealth have the information needed to inform their decisions.
