Business Analyst 3
Business Analyst 3 The Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4), a state council that collects, analyzes, and reports health care data, is seeking a high-level Business Analyst in the Harrisburg area.
Considerable experience using SAS, Microsoft Office, and statistical analysis including mathematical techniques such as regression analysis, non-parametric methods, t and chi-square tests, and analysis of variance are required. Knowledge of SQL, health care, payer claims data, and experience with technical reporting is a plus. A bachelor’s degree with coursework in statistics or mathematics is required, and a master’s degree is preferred.
